How To Make Crispy Chicken Nuggets

Step 1:

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.

Crack the eggs into a deep plate and whisk them together. Put the flour in a separate deep plate. Put the cornflakes in a freezer bag and crush them up before putting them on their own plate.

Dredge the chicken nuggets in the flour, shake off any excess, then dredge in the egg, and finally the cornflakes.

Step 4:

Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat and pan-fry the nuggets until crispy and golden brown. This takes about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Drain the cooked chicken on paper towels.
