Ingredients you’ll need
For your crispy potatoes in the air fryer, you don’t need many ingredients and can get started right away. You should have the following ingredients at home:
- Potatoes – I prefer to use yukon gold potatoes.
- Olive oil
- Spices – of course, salt should not be missing from the potatoes. I also use Italian herbs and some pepper.
- Parsley – for garnishing.

How To Air Fry Potatoes easily
Your crispy air fryer potatoes are ready in three easy steps. In less than 5 minutes you have everything ready and can start the preparation in the air fryer.
Step 1
First, wash the potatoes (for example, yukon gold potatoes) and cut them in half or quarters. Then mix the potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, Italian herbs, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Now put the potatoes in your air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 18 – 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Step 3
When the potatoes are crisped, serve with fresh parsley.

- Do not peel! Be sure to leave the skin on so that the potatoes get nice and crispy. Just wash them is enough.
