  • Cut the tomatoes into bite-sized cubes, removing the stalk. Cut the red onion into small pieces and finely chop the parsley.
  • Place the tomatoes, onions and parsley in a bowl.
  • Pour the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad and mix well. Finally, season to taste with salt and pepper.
