Creamy Broccoli Pasta

Wash the broccoli and cut into equal-sized florets. Sauté the broccoli in a large pan with the butter for 5 minutes.
Deglaze with water and vegetable stock and simmer for a few minutes. In the meantime, prepare the penne according to the packet instructions.
Add the whipped cream, cream cheese, parmesan and mozzarella and mix everything together well. Bring to the boil and season with salt and pepper.
Add the al dente cooked penne to the broccoli and cheese sauce and dilute with a little pasta water if necessary.
Arrange the pasta on a plate and serve immediately.
