Ingredients
  

  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 lb minced beef
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 cups puréed tomatoes
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup vegetable broth*
  • 8 lasagna sheets
  • 1/2 mozzarella
  • 3/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil*
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Finely dice the onion and chop the garlic. Cut carrots into thin slices.
  • Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the minced meat with onions, garlic, and carrots for about 5 minutes until crumbly. Then add tomato paste and season with salt and pepper.
  • Deglaze with the puréed and diced tomatoes and the vegetable broth. Then, press the broken lasagna sheets deep into the sauce.
  • Put the lid on the pan and let it simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • In the meantime, stir the cheat béchamel sauce from cream cheese and milk in a bowl until smooth.
  • After 15 minutes, stir in the cheat béchamel sauce and add the mozzarella slices. Simmer again with the lid on for 5 minutes.
  • Divide lasagna onto plates and serve with fresh basil. Done!
