  • Chop the onion finely, drain the beans and corn. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and cut the lettuce leaves into thin strips.
  • Heat a pan with oil and fry the ground beef for a few minutes.
  • Then, add the onion and fry. Fold in the tomato paste, beans and corn. Then season everything with salt, pepper, paprika powder and cumin.
  • Warm tortillas in a separate pan for a few seconds. Then turn it over and top with cheese in the middle. Cover the pan and let it melt.
  • Place the tortillas on a plate and cover the center with the minced meat mixture, tomatoes, and lettuce leaves. Roll into a burrito. First, fold in the short sides, then fold one long side tightly over the filling and finally roll it up tightly. Complete!
